The Premier Quality Control philosophy is that mortgage companies deserve professional, comprehensive and expedient reporting. We provide clients with thorough, detailed, yet easy-to-read quality control reports. Included are graphic presentations that provide comparative analysis of quality assurance results for past months up to a full year.
Our unique feature is providing clients access to their own secure account on the Internet, which allows you to view current month and all previous reports.
Upon thorough review, we detect unacceptable trends and patterns, fraud and intentional violations of regulations. Each loan is rated for overall re-purchase/default risk, compliance with regulatory issues, the appraisal report and re-verifications. All staff members involved in the loan transaction are monitored for exceptions noted.
Premier offers consulting services. At your request we will meet with your staff to review findings. Each aspect of the QC report is analyzed and reviewed with staff. You are provided with corrective instructions when patterns of deficiencies are identified in processing, underwriting and closing.
